Exchange Policy

 

EXCHANGE

We makes sure that all our customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product if the need arises. i.e

  •  If the product at the time of delivery is physically damaged.

  • If the customer has received an inaccurate order.

We’ll accept return or exchange requests for items that are unused. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 24 hours of the date you received your item.

  •  Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
  • Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any  exchange.
  • Please make sure that all items are intact and that item must not be worn, or  washed. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, we’ll issue an online credit equal to worth of the article returned. You can use this online credit for your next online shopping.
